Scheduling is done online through the Client Portal which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All scheduling starts with the parent creating an account for the client portal and scheduling an intake for him or herself. After meeting with the parent and evaluating the situation, an intake for the child is scheduled.
To schedule your first appointment, click the link for Client Portal then provider. You will be taken to another page with two buttons, one for New Client and one for Existing Client. (If this page does not come up it means I do not have any openings available. Click the contact button if you would like to be put on a waiting list.) Click New Client and provide your name and contact information. You will receive an invite with a link to finish creating you account. Next you will fill out a 2nd form regarding contact information. Once it is filled out you will be able to schedule an appointment.
After you complete the required information you will receive an email confirming your appointment and any additional information you need such as intake paperwork or where to send information.

If your insurance plan is not listed, check with your insurance company to find out if your plan has out of network benefits. If your child has United Healthcare Community Plan through KanCare, you can request that the insurance be changed to either Cenpatico or Amerigroup.
The cancellation fee is $20 with less than a 48 hour notice. The confirmation and reminder email or text provide a link to cancel the appointment.
