Please read about services available on the Services and Cost page before scheduling. Some insurance plans are now covering telehealth services which are online diagnostic and therapy sessions. Check to see if your insurance plan provides telehealth services.
Scheduling is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week HERE. All services should be scheduled using the parent’s information. You will receive an email or text confirming your appointment has been scheduled within two business days.
Once I receive notice, that you have scheduled a service I will contact you within 48 business hours with more information regarding the service you have scheduled and request for any additional information I may need.
Cost of services is located on the Services and Cost page. Payment for the amount you are responsible for is due at the time the service is provided.
I am an in-network provider for the following healthcare plan:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Medicare
Sunflower/Cenpatico
Aetna Better Health (in process)
If your insurance plan is not listed, check with your insurance company to find out if your plan has out of network benefits. If your child has United Healthcare Community Plan through KanCare, you have the option of changing to either Cenpatico or Aetna.
Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the service is available incur a 50% fee. Services scheduled online and then cancelled will be refunded with a 10% fee.

90847 Family Therapy
90834 Individual Therapy
Telehealth service codes are the same as above with GT at the end of the code.
